As The Body of Christ, we are the hands, feet, back, shoulders, chest, etc., and should be in great physical shape individually and collectively. Each person taking care of their body creates a healthier BODY. The Body seminar consists of the 5 components of fitness, the 6 fundamental movements of fitness, general nutritional guidelines, a cardiovascular assessment, a strength assessment and body fat measurements, for those interested. The Body seminar is totally free. If there is overnight travel involved, the hosting organization/ church will be responsible for travel and lodging.
